Motorola expands list of devices receiving Android 4.0 ICS this year

Motorola has added the PHOTON 4G, ATRIX 4G, ATRIX 2, and ELECTRIFY smartphones to the list of devices that it will upgrade to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich this year. These new smartphones join the XOOM, DROID BIONIC, DROID RAZR, DROID RAZR MAXX, and DROID 4, which have already been announced to receive Android 4.0 upgrades. The upgrades for the ATRIX 4G, ATRIX 2, and PHOTON 4G are expected to arrive in Q3 of this year, while the others are still in the planning stages without an announced release plan.
