Recently Netflix has been trying to distance itself from its postal DVD rental service, and even created a new service called Qwikster, to separate the two sides of the business, splitting the streaming and DVD rentals into two separate services, but only caused uproar and confusion amongst its customers.
Now Netflix it has taken a change of heart on instant DVD rental service and will be reinstating it as a new $8 a month disk rental service. That will allow customers to rent titles from instant DVD and Blu-ray library of over 100,000 titles.
Netflix has now also made it possible for customers to be able to link the new DVD service within existing streaming account. Netflix are also offering a one month trial for new users.
