Samsung Omnia W gets a price cut in India, now cheaper than Lumia 710

Samsung has followed Nokia’s footsteps and has slashed the price of the Omnia W. The Windows Phone running Omnia W is now available for Rs 15,200 on Flipkart, about Rs 300 cheaper than the Lumia 710. This does not bode well for Windows Phone, when devices are getting significant price cuts in less than three months of their launch. The Lumia 800 is the only Windows Phone smartphone that hasn’t received an official price cut even though certain online retailers are selling it at a slightly lower price than what it was launched at.
